One place for people

Know who is coming.
Know who came back.

The Clients area is more than a contact list. It helps you pick up the relationship where the last visit left off.

01 / Find

Find the right person.

Search your client list and see useful groups such as favorites, upcoming and recently active clients.

02 / Remember

See the relationship.

Open a client for past visits, the next booking and a timeline of work together.

03 / Prepare

Keep your own notes.

Add private notes for the details you want to remember before the next appointment.

A better return visit

Be ready before they walk in.

Instead of looking through old messages, open the client record. See what was booked before, whether another visit is coming, and notes you kept for yourself.

  • Search clients and keep favorites close.
  • Review past and upcoming appointment context.
  • Contact a client or create another booking from their record.

ARSO is not a medical record or a before-and-after photo archive. Do not store information you do not need for your business, and obtain any consent required for sensitive details.

The bigger picture

Small details make
strong relationships.

Client organization works best when it connects to the appointment itself—not when it becomes another complicated system to maintain.

A request arrives

See the requested service and time, then review the booking before accepting it.

A visit becomes history

Completed appointments stay in the client’s relationship context so you can understand previous visits.

The next visit feels easier

Find the client, review your private notes and open their upcoming booking or book again.

Some client-management tools require an active professional subscription. The exact screens you see can also depend on your account permissions.

People behind the calendar

Every visit has context.

A little remembered detail can make the next appointment feel effortless.

Use a client record to keep private notes and revisit booking history. It gives you context before the next appointment without asking the client to repeat everything.

Client questions

Personal,
not complicated.

Can I keep notes that clients do not see?

Yes. ARSO’s professional client record includes private notes for your own work.

Does a guest booking still appear in my work?

Guest requests are part of the booking workflow, and the client workspace distinguishes guest records from app users.

Can I save before-and-after photos to each visit?

Do not assume that workflow is available. ARSO has a portfolio, but a visit-by-visit before-and-after client archive is not a feature we claim here.

Keep exploring

The rest of
your workday.

More context.
More connection.

Bring your clients and bookings together in a workspace designed for independent professionals.
