A QUICK CHECK

Before you
go live.

These essentials help ARSO publish a page clients can actually use.

Photo, About, links, add-ons, and themes make your page richer, but you can refine them later.

QUICK ANSWERS

Find the little
things, fast.

Search a question or choose a topic. Short answers point you straight to the right place in ARSO.

How do I change my website link?

Go to Workflow → Public Website → Website address, enter a new available address, and tap Save. ARSO asks you to confirm. Your previous link may stop working, so update it anywhere you shared it.

Why can't I publish yet?

Check for a display name, an available website address, at least one active public service, and an eligible active plan. ARSO shows what is missing; complete that item and try Published again.

Can I take my page offline?

Open Website address, change Website status to Draft, and save. If you only want to stop new requests, keep the page published and switch off Accepting Bookings instead.

Where do I find the link to share?

Open Website address to see Your public link. After publishing, use Open published website to check the live page before sharing it in your bio, messages, or business materials.

How do I remove a service?

Go to Workflow → Public Website → Services. Swipe left on the service and choose Delete. In ARSO this archives the service so it no longer appears as an active offering; existing booking history is not a reason to erase it. Keep at least one active public service if your page is published.

How do I change a service price or duration?

Open Services, tap the service, edit its details, and save. Check your public page afterward to make sure the new information looks right to clients.

Can I reorder services?

Yes. In Services, use Edit or drag a service to change its position. Categories can group related offerings so clients can scan your list more easily.

Do I have to add add-ons?

No. Add-ons are optional. Start with clear core services, then add extras in Public Website → Add-ons if they suit your work.

How do I pause new booking requests?

Go to Public Website → Booking and turn off Accepting Bookings. This does not have to take your published page offline.

Why can't clients find an available time?

Make sure Accepting Bookings is on and your availability is set in the app. Then check that the service is active and public. Your published page and your available time slots are separate settings.

Does ARSO charge clients when they book?

No. Clients request appointments through your page, but ARSO does not process payments for your services. You manage payment with your clients separately.

What's the difference between search and direct-link visibility?

Anyone on ARSO allows your profile to appear in ARSO Search. Direct Link Only means people need your link to discover it. Your published page remains accessible to people who have that link.

How do I change the website's look?

Open Public Website → Themes to explore Editorial Light, Studio Dark, and Warm Atelier. Signature Studio provides additional design controls when your Premium plan includes it. Themes change presentation, not your services or booking rules.

Can I hide my phone number or email?

Yes. In Public Website → Contact, choose whether your phone and email are public. Review those visibility switches before you publish.

Do clients need to install ARSO to book?

No. They can open your published link in a browser, explore your services, and request an appointment there.
