Do my clients need the app?
No. When you publish your page and enable public booking, clients can view services and request an appointment in a browser. The iPhone app gives clients another way to discover professionals and manage bookings.
Does ARSO take payments for appointments?
No. Professionals collect payment outside ARSO. You can record paid status, discounts, tips, and amounts received for your own tracking. ARSO does not charge a commission per appointment.
What does Premium add?
Premium includes Standard tools, plus Signature themes, Color Library, detailed finance reports, analytics, and inventory features.
How do subscriptions work?
Master plans are purchased through the App Store. Apple shows your local price and any eligible offer before you subscribe, and you can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple.
