ARSO Subscription Terms
1. Subscription Overview
ARSO offers plan-based access to Professional features. Paid plans renew according to the product you select in the App Store until cancelled.
2. Available Plans
Current catalog plans include Starter and Pro. Exact display names and pricing appear in the App Store purchase sheet inside ARSO before you buy.
3. Included Features
- Starter — public website, bookings, clients (CRM), and notifications (subject to then-current entitlements).
- Pro — includes broader entitlements such as Premium Themes (ARSO Signature), Color Library, Finance reporting, waitlist, analytics, and inventory while the subscription remains active.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown by Apple at purchase time for your storefront and currency. ARSO does not invent alternate checkout prices outside the App Store product.
5. Billing
Paid ARSO subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment methods, invoices, and tax display for the purchase are controlled by Apple.
6. Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless you cancel in Apple’s subscription settings before the renewal date, according to Apple’s rules and the period shown at purchase.
7. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered for a product, trial length and conversion terms are shown in the App Store product information before you confirm.
8. Upgrades / Downgrades
Plan changes follow Apple’s subscription change behavior for the products ARSO offers. Feature access updates when Apple reports an active entitlement to ARSO.
9. Cancellation
Cancel in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or via Apple’s subscription management links. Cancellation is intended to be straightforward and is not hidden behind unrelated flows in ARSO.
10. Expiration / Loss of Entitlements
When paid access ends, Pro-only features are no longer available. Public profiles may be hidden until a qualifying plan is active again.
11. Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchase in ARSO subscription settings to restore an App Store subscription associated with your Apple ID on a device.
12. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple. ARSO does not promise to approve App Store refunds directly.
13. Account Deletion
Deleting your ARSO account does not automatically cancel an App Store auto-renewable subscription. Cancel with Apple separately if you want billing to stop. See also the Privacy Policy and Account help.
14. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms. The effective date will change when updates are published.
