Subscription & Billing

What plans include, how Apple billing works, and how to cancel or restore.

What subscription unlocks

  • Starter — public website, bookings, clients, and notifications.
  • Pro — includes Starter capabilities plus Premium Themes (ARSO Signature), Color Library, Finance reporting, waitlist, analytics, inventory, and related Pro entitlements while your subscription is active.

Plan prices and trial offers are shown in the App Store product sheet inside ARSO before you purchase.

Billing through Apple

Paid ARSO subscriptions are purchased with your Apple ID through the App Store. Billing, invoices, and payment methods are managed by Apple.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ARSO (or the ARSO Pro product). Cancellation stops future renewals according to Apple’s subscription rules. You typically keep access until the end of the current period.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall ARSO or sign in on a new device, use Restore Purchase in ARSO subscription settings so Apple can restore an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.

After a subscription ends

When paid access ends, premium features are no longer available. Public profiles may be hidden until you have an active plan that includes a public profile again.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple, not directly by ARSO. You can request a refund through Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com or App Store subscription support.

Account deletion with a subscription

Deleting your ARSO account does not automatically cancel an App Store auto-renewable subscription. Cancel the subscription with Apple separately if you want billing to stop.
